This is a pretty old briefcase but made of very strong material and in good shape with no damage at all. It is not light weight. There are several compartments and one has an APC charging pack in it. You can plug this in and then charge your computer in the bag. It comes with a variety of attachments for different devices. I'm not sure if there is a USB, it could probably be rigged up if not.

I don't know if the APC is just a converter or if it holds a charge. Given it's age if it did charge up it may not hold much any more, I can't say.
