Spud is bred to be a ranch horse deluxe. His sire is a 6‑panel negative, cow‑bred Quarter Horse (pictured with his stud flyer). His dam is a half Gypsy Draft mare. She is PSSM negative, and both of her parents were FIS negative. If you’d like official paperwork on Spud, I’m happy to send in hair for tests at the buyer’s expense. Via parentage, his color genetics are: EE (homozygous black) • aa • Dd • Tt • Frame negative

Spud has a maternal half‑brother who is doing wonderfully under saddle (pictured last), and we expect Spud to follow right in those footsteps. He’s got the bone, the brain, and the breeding to make someone a standout partner.

We are willing to hold him with a deposit and can work out payments until weaning.
